Tips for Success:
- Open up a new tab to www.ncresidency.org to complete the application for Residency Determination Services and obtain your RCN. You will be prompted in the application to provide your RCN. You MUST complete RDS every 15 months for your number to remain active.
- Complete this online application. When you are finished, click the ‘Submit Application’ button on the ‘Submit Application’ screen. If there are any errors, resolve those and then click submit.
- Make arrangements for official transcripts from all high schools and/or colleges attended.
- Make arrangements for official test-score reports to be sent to the admissions office.
- Your application and enrollment checklist will be available to review on your student portal. Access your student portal to remain updated on where you are in the enrollment process.
